Benchmark analysis from Consumer Goods Technology gives reader’s choice award to the product lifecycle management firm.
Randolph, NJ – February 7, 2007 – Consumer Goods Technology, a publication that reaches over 25,000 business and IT executives, recently issued a benchmark survey to its subscribers to determine the seventh annual Reader’s Choice awards. The findings were published in the January 2007 issue, and in the category of consulting, Linx-AS broke into the top ten, ranking ninth among the field.
Rankings were derived from the feedback of approximately 160 consumer goods executives. To ensure the integrity of the process, respondents were asked to only vote in categories where they are involved in working with the software and service providers. For each category, the rankings reflected two things—the number of customer engagements within the consumer goods industry (quantity) and the customer experience vote from the companies that are working with them (quality).
